But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. My salesperson was Kel and she was okay. The car was in good condition when I got it. I was driving today and the car kept going faster and faster until it reached 90 mph and the brakes would not work. I was in a busy intersection and I had to pull off into a parking lot and shut the key off to save myself It took a few hours to get approved. Overall, my experience was neutral because the sales part was good but the experience with the car today was traumatic and I thought I was going to die, plus I had my 12 month old son in the car.

But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 CHEVROLET CLASSIC. Overall my experience was neutral, because the problem did not get fixed and they had my car for two days when they told me it would only take one. I brought the vehicle in for the check engine light, and they had it for two days. They did not even work on it the first day, so I had to pay for a rental car another day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and currently I am still having the same problems with my vehicle. Also, the vehicle will die on me when the gas gauge gets to a certain point, and the car is real squeeky.

I am not having any problems now. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

I own a 2000 Hyundai Accent. I brought my car in for a rebuilt transmission and a clutch assembly kit. I left the car with them before I left for vacation so I do not know how long it took. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was fabulous. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My salesperson was Keith and he was fine. The car had a clicking noise and the check engine light was on when I got it. Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience has been negative, because they sold me a car without having proper maintainence done on it. The day I drove it off the lot I got a flat tire on the way home. I stopped somewhere to have that fixed, so I asked them to go ahead and do an oil change also. They found that there was a nail in my tire, and they showed me that my oil was very, very dirty. They also showed me the air filter, and there were rocks in it. I`m talkin big rocks, not just pebbles. They also showed me my coolant and transmission fluid, and both of those were also black. That showed me that they did no maintainence on the car before selling it. I took it back, and now it has been in the shop for the whole week. I have missed work all week, and that is about $500 salary for me. I have not received paperwork yet, and the staff there has treated me alright. The work is covered under the warranty, also. When I called to check on the status of the car the person just told me, I`m not sure, when you come in tomorrow you can see what they did. That is unacceptable customer service in my view. They told me to drive it in to have it looked at. Why would I do that and risk it breaking down on me or blowing up? They also told me they were going to charge me for towing. The vehicle is still in the service center currently. I would like someone from the dealership to call me and follow up.

I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I took in my car for not starting. The work took three days. I paid for the work and the price. I did get into an agrument about pricing with who I believe is the manager. It was 70 dollars more than what was discussed originally. He told me you guys have the right to charge for labor which isn`t what the salesperson told me. I was originally told all I would have to pay for were the parts. I had something fixed when I first got the car and all I paid for was parts. I pay on time and this is the second time that the car has been in since I got it. Rick was awesome and he did a great job. I would`ve paid the extra money for the service but I don`t like being told one price and given another. The manager flipped out when I asked about the extra. The belts are squeaking still and it will be going back. The mechanic did a good job and the car is running better. My experience was positive becuase of the work of the mechanic eventhough I would rate the manager poorly.
