 | I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. I had my vehicle in for service because the check engine light was one; the service was done quickly, it was covered under warrenty, and i`m unsure of the paperwork... but the problem is, the light is still on today. The staff was great, and other than the light still being on, things with the vehicle are fine. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. Alex was the salesperson that helped me and he did a good job. I was approved the first day I went in to buy a vehicle. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it. The door locks don`t work correctly and it takes 5-10 minutes to get them all to lock using the power locks.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the service took about 10 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork upon completion. The customer service there was good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff treated me very well, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 KIA Sportage. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the service took about an hour. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork upon completion. The customer service there was good, but there are a few problems that we have been having ever since we got the vehicle. They can not seem to get them fixed either. The check engine light stays on, there is a rattling when I turn, the muffler needs worked on, and one of the doors is broke. We have been having these same issues since we purchased the vehicle about a year ago.

 | I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Overall my experience was positive. Andrew was the person who worked with me and he did a good job with everything. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had any issues with it at all. I was approved the first day I went in.

Currently there is a problem, but they already said they would take care of it. I was approved for the car the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Plymouth Voyager. I had an overall positive experience. I brought the van in to get a new starter and battery put in the day after I got it. It took about an hour and a half, maybe two hours. It was covered under warranty and I got paperwork. The staff there is good. My car is not having any problems;it is doing fine.

 | I own a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon. My salesperson was a white guy with blonde hair. His customer service was pretty good. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. Currently I think there might be something wrong with the fuel pump. I was approved for the car the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. I have not had any problems with the vehicle since I drove it off of the lot.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I had an overall positive experience. I brought the car in to get the gas tank changed out. I brought it in around 9-10am that day and got it back around 3pm the next day. It was covered under warranty and I got paperwork. I like the staff, they are pretty cool. I`m not having any problems with the car right now.

The service was done quickly, it was covered under my warrenty, and I recieved a receipt when the service was complete. Chad, the service manager, was very helpful. My vehicle is doing well today, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.
