 | I own a 2003 Buick Century. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced in about an hour. I did not pay anything because it`s under warranty. I was given a receipt and the customer service was good. I keep teling them about the check engine and coolant lights being on and they still haven`t done anything.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I took the car to the service center to have the brakes and rotors replaced. I got the car back that same day. I had to pay sixty dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I have to have the tail light replaced because its out. Also there is a moisture problem but I dont know if thats the car or a J.D problem. The staff treated me fair. Overall my experience was neutral because the controversy on the amount I had to pay.

The car was in good condition when I got it, but the motor mount has to be replaced. The car is shaking so bad that I am scared to drive it with my kids in it. I am just waiting for them to call back to let me know they got the part for the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Nissan Quest. Overall my experience was neutral, because the car has had so many problems. I have had it for about 2-3 months, and it has been in there 3 times. The vehicle is still not running right. I brought the vehicle in because it broke down on the side of the road, and the brakes needed looked at. They had it for a couple of hours while they were working on it this last time. They tried to charge me, but I refused to pay because I have had these problems ever since I got the car. They gave me paperwork with the service this time, but they did not on the service before this. The staff there are very nice, but the car is just having so many problems. The next time it breaks down I am just going to leave it there because I am tired of this. Currently my vehicle still is not running properly, and the brakes still need worked on.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was negative for a couple reasons. First, I had to pay for the labor even though I was still covered under warranty. Second, they gave me a loaner car with no brakes or heat, and then the next one they gave me had no gas. I brought my vehicle in for a problem with the computer system, and they had it for about 2 months. I had to pay for the labor, which I did not think was fair, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there put me in two different loaner cars that were bad, but I am just glad to have my car back. There are no current problems with the vehicle.
