    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. My car was clean inside when I first got it. I do not have any issues with the car now. Joneth was my salesperson and he was excellent. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Richard, and he was excellent. It didn`t take him long to get me approved for the car. The car was in excellent condition when I got it, and I am not having any problems now.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the transmission needed cleaned. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt and the customer service was great. There are no problems with my car now.

    I own a 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was hispanic, tall, and he sat the desk in the far corrner. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. My vehicle was fine when I bought it, but the vehicle was not detailed. My dash gauges all go off from time to time. When this happens all of the needles go to zero, and stop working. I plan to have service check out my vehicle in the near future. My sales person did a good job during the time that I bought it.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. Brian and Teya were the people who helped me and they treated me very nicely. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I have not had any problems with it since I drove it off of the lot. I was approved for the vehicle the first day I went in.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was negative, because I feel that they were trying to charge me too much for my last problem. Last time I brought my vehicle in for a heater repair, and they wanted to charge me $180. I took it somewhere else and they did the same work for $68. I felt like they were trying to get up on me, and overcharge me. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change this time, and the service did not take long. It cost me $5, and I got paperwork back with the service. The customer service there has been okay, and I am still having some issues with the vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Chrysler Concorde. I brought it in because it was running hot. It was there for 3 days the first time and then it had to go back in because it wasn`t fixed, and it was there for another 2 more days. The service was covered and I did get a receipt. I told them that it keeps cutting off on me, but I haven`t been able to bring it back yet. The staff there was good and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Villager. Overall my experience was positive. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. My vehicle was cutting off on me, so I had service. The staff qouted me a price based on one thing being wrong with my vehicle. It turns out that the distributor cap was the cause of the problem. A miss diagnosis cause the price of the quote to go higer. The mechanic fixed my vehicle with out charging the higher price. My service bill was fair, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. I received paperwork upon the completion of service.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for struts, mounts, and tire rods, and the work only took a couple of hours. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork back, and the customer service there was fine. There is still a slight noise, but it may be the tire. I am going to keep an eye on it. Everything was very positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for a little bit of everything, including the thermostat and the water pump. It was there from thursday until tuesday. The service was covered other than the $25 deductible. I did get a receipt but there is a belt squeeking now. I have told them about it several times but they never tell me what it is, and they never fix it. The staff there was courteous. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. I was at the service center the last time to have my windshield replaced, and it took six hours for the vehicle to be serviced. I did receive a receipt for the service, and I didnt have to pay because it was under warranty. The staff was excellent, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac AZTEK. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a wheel hub fix, and the service took about 45 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork upon completion. The customer service there was good, and they were nice and quick with the work. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. I brought it in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. It was there for an hour and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was ok and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Escort. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because it wouldn`t start and for a new battery and it took about two hours to service. The vehicle was under warranty and I was given paperwork. There are no problems with the vehicle at this time that I am aware of and the customer service was great towards me.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car to the shop because my brakes were squeaking. My car was in the shop for 4-5 days. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were great. There are no problems with my car at this time.
