    I own a 1999 Chrysler TC. I took the vehicle in due to problems with the steering and I was hearing shock noise. It was covered under warranty but I did not receive a receipt for the work that was done. I will be requesting a copy for my records the next time I go to the dealership. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle now. The customer service is excellent. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. I do not remember what was wrong wtih my vehicle when I had service. My vehicle was in the shop overnight, and my service bill was fair. I received paperwork upon the completion of service, and I do not know of any further problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. Christian was the person who helped me with the vehicle and he did a fine job with everything. I was approved the first day I went in. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and the only problem I have noticed is that the vehicle has starting issues.

    I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. I took in my car for the check engine light from day one. It was in several times and they didn`t find the problem until it went to Ford. They found that something chewed the wires around the gas tank. The car went to Ford Dealership and was out a day and a half total. The work was covered. The car is doing perfect. The staff is always nice and polite. My experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 SATURN SL. The last service performed on the vehicle was an oil change, and brake service, and it was there for a couple of hours before it was serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very courtious, and the vehicle does have some problems now but I dont know exactly off hand what they are. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. My sales peron was Joe and he did a good job selling me the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean to. I got approved for the car that same day. Today my car is running good for me and I see no problems with it.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for a thermostat, and the work was done in about three hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me really well, and my car is running alright now.

    I own a 1997 Mercury Mountainee. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didn`t take long at all. I had to pay five dollars for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now because I traded it in for a different car. The staff treated me well.

    I own a 2000 Nissan Quest. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle has stalled on me, so I had my vehiole towed to the shop. My vehicle was in the shop for about three days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems wit my vehicle, becuase it is running smooth. The staff at the service department did a wonderful job, but I do not like the staff at CNAC. The person at CNAC kept telling me that I did not make a payment with out verifying it first. I told the person that I did make a payment, but the guy had an attitude while he is telling me that I do not. The staff finally verified me, and then he saw that I did make a payment. If the guy would have not had a bad attitude right from the start, then he would have noticed that he was talking to the wrong person. I plan to follow up on my complaint about CNAC.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My salesperson was a young black female who sat in one of the offices. The customer service that I received was pretty good. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I received it. It took about 2-3 hours to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I took my car into the shop because it was leaking antifreeze and it was cutting off on me. They had my car in the shop for about three days and while I was there the staff members treated me fine. My car was under warranty at that time and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 MAZDA MPV. I bought my car from Richard, and he was great. Everyone there was great. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but a few days later the alternator and battery went out. It left me walking and I had to pay a hundred and seventy two dollars for it to get towed. I got the car back and on the way home it car overheated. I called them and they told me to tow it in and they will pay for it. Overall my experience was neutral because all the problems I have had with the car.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It was not in the shop very long. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff were great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. I worked with Jason and he was cool. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved first day. It took six hours and we were treated like first time customers even though we have been loyal. My wife almost lost her job over this. I have not had any problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was negative due to being charged too much and how we were treated by everyone.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Max was the salesperson that I worked with and he treated me very well. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. There is a vibration when I got fast on the highway and there is a problem with the tires. Overall my experience was positive.
