    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. Overall, my experience was negative because of the problems with my vehicle. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because it was under warranty. I was not given a receipt, and the customer service was alright. Currently I am having several problems with the vehicle. The dashboard panel is not working and I can`t read my onometer. The check engine light is on, there is a break problem, and there is a transmission problem. I have been back and forth to the dealership and they say there`s no problem. This is the third and last car I will buy from Jd Byrider. I used to recommend people to go there and now I don`t because you buy a car and after a couple of months the check engine light comes on.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for the cruise control and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because it was covered by warranty. I was given a receipt and the customer service was great. There are no current problems with my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 SATURN VUE. I took the car to the service center because the service engine light was on. I got the car back that same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, and I didnt get anything back. This morning on my way to work the light came back on. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was neutral because it isnt fixed yet.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was posistive. I brought the car in for an inspection and it was quickly serviced. My vehicle was under warranty so I only paid $92 which was a very reasonable price compared to other garages. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. They treated me well. Currently there are no problems with my car, but I am always afraid of the next break down because it`s happen several times.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Mountainee. I bought my car from Jeanette, and she was great. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems at this time. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 KIA AMANTI. Wayne was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took fifteen to thirty minutes for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was fine, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 Buick Century. My salesperson was Matt. He and the other employees did a very good job. I was approved the same day. My car was in pretty nice shape when I got it. It has a few things that need fixed, the sway bar needs fixed and the check engine light came on. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I brought it in for an inspection. It was there for about 30 minutes and I had to pay for it. I did not get a receipt because I have to bring it back. One of my tires failed so I have to bring it back tomorrow. The staff there was fine and nice. They showed me what was wrong and everything. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Wayne was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in ok shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle needs an inspection, window molding, and both back doors need panels also. The staff was fine, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Jonathan was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was in pretty good shape when I received it. It took a few hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was great they are good people, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2006 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was neutral, because I am still having the same problems with the car. We brought it in for a starter, and they had it for about a day. They tried to tell us that the car did not have enough gas in it, or that the gas cap was not put back on right. We had over 1/4 tank of gas in it, so I think they were just blowing some bull to my wife off. It seems like they try to take advantage of her because she is female and does not know a lot about cars. The cost was covered under warranty, and I am not sure if we got paperwork with that. The staff there is normally nice and polite, but the problems are not getting fixed. Currently, the vehicle is still having the same problems.

    I own a 2000 SATURN L200. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and it took 20 minutes to get it back. It was under warranty and I did not get a receipt. The staff did a fine job with the service. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since I got it back.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was an older, shorter, African-American woman, and she was very nice and helpful. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was David. The customer service that I received was superb. He actually talked to me and understood my situation. In my opinion he should be a supervisor or a manager because he is so good at what he does. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. One of the seals around the window is loose but that is minor. It took about 2 1/2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and the car was cutting back and I got the vehicle back in an hour. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff treated me very well while I was there. The car seems to be jumping a bit every so often. Overall my experience was positive.
