 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. I brought my car in for an oil change and stuff. It was in the shop for a half an hour. It was under warranty. I did not recieve paperwork. The staff were excellent. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was neutral because it was just ok.

 | I own a 2000 Buick Century. Overall I have had a positive experience. I took my car in because the tempeture guage kept going up to hot. and and oil change. The only thing I had to pay for was I needed a new filter which was only about 4 dollars. I thought the price was fair. The staff was really nice and the service was quick. I did recieve paper work for the service. I don`t have any problems with the car today.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. It didnt take long to get approved for the car. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but I seem to be having some problems. The driver side window doesnt seem to work and there is a belt that is squeaking. My salesperson was Adam, and he was real cool.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought it in for an oil change that took less than 20 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the lady inside the store that helped me was nice. The experience was positive.

The vehcile was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for anything. I did recieve paper work.I don`t have any problems with the car today.

I brought the car in for an oil change and because the windows were messed up. It was serviced in a few hours and I did not have the windows fixed because it was going to cost too much. I did not pay anything for the oil change, and I was not given a receipt. The customer service was good and there are no other problems other than the windows.

 | I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was tall, male, and he sat at the farthest seat from the door. My vehicle did not have an coolant when I bought it, but I added some to it. Other than the coolant, and I have not had any issues with my vehicle.

The vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, but there was a rubbing noise comming from some part of my vehicle. My sales person did a real good job, and I have set up an appointment with the service department to have my vehicle checked out.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty nice to me, and the vehicle has no problems now. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay because I had an auto loan. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. I have no current problems with the vehicle.

The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.
