    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall, my experience was neutral becaues we`ve had problems with the vehicle ever since we bought it. I brought the car in because the service engine light came on. It`s been in and out of the shop over several weeks. I did not pay anything because we bought it with the problem and they made it very clear that we wouldn`t be charged. I`m going to bring it in again on Monday because it`s making a noise everytime I accelerate. I was given a receipt, and the customer service has been good. They`re very good in there, and doing everything right.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. Rick sold me the car. The car was clean and in good condition. The car has been okay. The process took a day. The staff was customer oriented and outstanding. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the service light came on. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything. I was not given a receipt and the customer service was good. There are no current problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 1998 Ford Contour. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Fred and he did a good job selling me the car and Floyd did a good job to for me. Floyd helped me a year ago. I got approved in one day for the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean to. I am really happy with my car. I feel like it was the nicest one there and it had really low milage. Today my car is running good but I have to take it in and get the O2 sensor fixed.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Brakes was the reason why the vehicle was in for service recently, it didnt take very long at all for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and I think the vehicle might have issues with the fuel pump now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2004 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not have to pay anything because it was covered by warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. There are no current problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 SUZUKI Esteem. My vehicle was brought in because it had recently broke down, it took about two hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very good, and the vehicle an electrical issue with it now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. Overall my experience was positive. I brough my car into the shop because it was shaking in the front really bad. The staff members treated me ok while I was there and they had my car back to me that same day. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me with no problems.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. I took the car to the service center to have the transmittion, head gaskets, and ac coil replaced. The car was there for two day having work done to it. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but they gave me paper work back showing what was done. I am still hearing the whistling sound but I am going to call them in the morning to see if its just because it was sitting in the cold so long. The staff treated me good, and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. I brought it in for the track light on, and the wheel berrings were bad. It was there from 8 until 2 and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was pretty good and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because the check engine light was coming on--I needed power steering fluid. It was under warranty. I did not recieve paperwork or a receipt. The staff`s service was good. My car`s check engine light is still coming on.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. I did get it back the same day. I was not charged and I did get a receipt. I currently do not have any problems with my car now. The staff overall was very professional.

    I own a 1999 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle needed an inspection, and an oil change. My vehilce was in the shop for a couple of hours. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a tire, and they had it for about an hour. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with that, and the staff there were real nice. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I brought my car in because there was a noise coming from the front axel. The service was completed quickly. I had to pay a price, but I found the amount fair. I received a receipt. The staff was good, and so is the car today. Overall my experience was positive.
