 | I own a 2008 SATURN VUE. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Harley and he was fine. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are a couple problems with my car now and I`m bringing it in to be serviced on Monday. I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. I am taking my car in tomorrow so they can look at the thermostat. Joneth and Bo were my salespeople and they were nice. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. I was at the service center for fourty five minutes to an hour the last time, and that was because I had hubcaps put on, and the passeger side door handle fixed. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was real good, and when I turn the heat from cold to hot it makes a funny noise. Overall I would rate this experince neutral because it`s not a brand new car, and because of the heater.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in because the engine light was on. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were good as far as customer service. My car is doing fine today, they just have to hunt down the problem. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Buick LeSabre. I brought my car in for the air compresser clutch plate. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were excellent as far as customer service. My car is doing good today. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center because they had to replace the harness in the seat belt. I didn`t even leave because it only took thirty minutes. I didn`t have to pay them anything either, but they gave me a receipt showing what they did. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me well. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change; the service was a free promotion, it was done quickly, and I recieved a receipt for the service. I have no complaints with the service staff, and my vehicle is doing just fine. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Escort ZX2. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I was hearing some rattling noise and my check engine light was on. They had my car in the shop for about one day and the staff members were nice to me. My car was under warranty at the time and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is still having the same problems with it I just need to take it in again to get fixed.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My car was in for the transmission, motor mounts and the abs breaks. They had my car for about eight days. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were fair. There are no problems with my car today. My overall experience was neutral, because I had talk to someone in regrdss to them fixing my car correctly.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was netural, because I had some problems with my vehicle. My engine light was on, and I was supposed to have my doors fixed. My vehicle was in the shop for about three hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I do not know who to explain the problems with the doors, but I still have the same problems. The staff was okay during service, but they did not fix the doors on my vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 KIA RIO. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to have the motor replaced and the front end redone. It took a week to service and the service was under warranty. I was not given any paperwork. The customer service was fine towards me. There are no problems with the vehicle at this time, but I still think that my vehicle is a lemon.

 | I own a 2000 KIA Sportage. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a fuel pump, and the service took a little while. The wrong part came in, and they had to do some alterations but that was really out of there control. Once they finally did get it into the shop, it did not take that long. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork upon completion. The customer service there has been great, and I enjoy working with them. They have really done a great job with the service. Currently the check engine light is on, but I have already informed them about it. It may just be a minor problem though. Overall the service was really great.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and it didnt take long at all for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the servic. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.
