 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. I recently brought the vehicle in for a new engine, and it took almost two weeks for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was real nice, and the vehicle has issues starting, and turn signal issues also. Overall I would rate this experience neutral becasue it took so long to be serviced, and because the vehicle still has issues.

I recently brought the vehicle in for tire rod end service, it took one day for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems as of now. Overall I would rate this experience neutral because the vehicle as gave me a lot of trouble this year.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My speakers were blown when I bought my vehicle, and my radio was replaced to. My vehicle was in the shop for about 45 mintues to complete. The staff mailed me the paperwork, becuase the printers were down when I left the shop. I just need to have my belts reconditioned, and then every thing should be okay with my vehicle.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for brakes, wheel bars, and many other things. They had it for a week and a half, and I had to pay for the service. I felt the price was fair for the work that was done, and I received paperwork with the service. I had the vehicle in a number of times, but finally the staff got it all figured out. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Escort. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle was not running good, so I had service on the motor. My vehicle was in the shop for about one week, and my service bill was fair. I do not know if I received paperwork, but the customer servcie was good. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for a ball joint. It was there for a day and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was excellent. The experience was positive as always.

My vehicle was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything because it`s under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was very good. I have no current problems with my vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 SATURN ION. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger white man who was very easy to work with. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright, I`m just waiting on the tags for it.

 | I own a 2002 SATURN SW1. The man who sold me the car was Fred and he did an excellent job selling me the car. Everyone there did a great job even the finance guy was nice. I got approved for the car in about two days. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean to. Today I am having a problem but I am taking it in to get fixed. I really like JD Byrider and I told alot of people to get a car there. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 TOYOTA Camry. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took about an hour. It was under warranty but they never gave me a receipt. The staff did a good job with the service. I have not had any other issues with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in to get the spark plugs changed and the radiator fixed and it took about 3 hours. I paid $185 and got a receipt. The staff were great to me and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. The salesperson that helped me select my vehicle was Tre, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took an hour or two for me to be apprvoed for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get a backlight fixed and the brakes were making a noise. It took a little less than a day to get the vehicle back and it was under warranty. I got a receipt. The staff were and always are excellent. I am noticing a noise now.

 | I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Jason. His service was excellent. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean when I got. There are no problems with my car at this time.
