 | I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Jeanette, and she was great. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was in alright condition when I got it, but it had a dent on the passenger side sliding door.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Jason. His service was great. I was approved for the car the next day. The car was in good condition and cleaned when I got it. There are no problems with my car at this time.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Durango. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because it was overheating. It was serviced very quick. I did not pay anything because the waterpump was covered by warranty. I was mailed a receipt, and the customer service was fantastic as usual. The car is currently running pretty good.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. I brought my vehicle in to get the check engine and check gauges lights and it took a week to get the vehicle back. It was under warranty but they did not give me a receipt. The staff were fine but they drove my gas to E. I am having the same problems now too. Overall my experience was negative because the problem wasn`t fixed and I had no gas after the service.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. Daniel was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It was to soon to know when I was approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle had a problem but was solved very quickly. The staff was wonderful, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Impala. My salesperson was Chris. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now.
It took about 2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. I bought my car from Jennette, and she was excellent. I was approved for the car the same day,, but I had to go back to put the money down. I was pleased with the condition of the car, but I have to tap the pedal to get the lights to go off. The vcr and cd player in the car do not work and I need to have it looked at. The cd player says slots full, and when I hit the eject button nothing comes out. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. I took the car to the service center because the transmittion was leaking. I got the car back that same day. I had to pay twenty seven dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. The staff treated me great. I am not having any problems with the car now. The tracking is way off and I wanted to know if it was covered under warranty. Overall my experience was positive.

I got approved that same day for the car. Today my car is running fine for me with no problems. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2005 Dodge Neon. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for a wheel alignement. It did not take long at all. It was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was good. I just need new tires on my car now--that is the only thing that is wrong with my car at this time.

 | I own a 1996 Ford Windstar. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for a coolant problem. It was quickly serviced, and I did not pay anything because my car was under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was phenomenal. Jason was amazing, he is an angel and the best mechanic I`ve ever met. He fixed everything and my car is running great! There are no current problems with my vehicle.

 | I own a 1997 Dodge Caravan. Overall, my experience was positive. I had to have it towed in to have a fuel pump and filter replaced. I had to pay for the service and it was a more than fair price. I was given paperwork the customer service was great. They always are. There is a new problem with the car now and I`m going to have it looked at soon.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. My service engine light was on, and my vehicle was fixed the same day. The staff found out what the problem right aways, but I still need to get some kind of vavle fixed on my vehicle. The staff did a good job. Bob is the one that I deal with, and always treats me good. The staff fixed my vehicle faster than I thought. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork.

 | I own a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. I bought my car from Jeanette, and she was wonderful. It took awhile to get approved for the car but we made it happen in the same day. The car was in fair condition when I got it, but I have to take the car to the service center becuase there are some light bulbs out. The light where I put the car in park and drive is out and I think they should fix it. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Focus. My experience was positive. Megan was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.
