 | I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. My check engine light was on, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was in under warranty, and I received papework. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehilce was in the shop.

 | I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because it was covered by warranty and I was mailed a receipt. The customer service was okay and there are no current problems with my vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 CADILLAC Catera. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, fog lights, valve leaks, and gauges, I dropped the vehicle off and had it serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this expereince positive.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. I brought it in for the timing belt. It was there for a day and a half and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but I am going to take it back in tomorrow to have some stuff checked. The staff there was good and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Mercury Tracer. I took in my car for not starting. The first day they replaced the battery but it went back for a new starter. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is starting right. The staff was polite. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because it was shaking, the passenger side lock was messing up, and the windshield wiper wasn`t working. It was serviced in one day, but the only thing they fixed were the spark plugs. They couldn`t figure out what was wrong with the lock, and the windshield motor would have been too expensive. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was great, as it always is. There are no other problems with the vehicle.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Neon. My experience was neutral because I couldn`t purchase two of the first vehicles that I picked out. Mike was my salesperson. My car was clean when I got it, but the front end was jumping from a dead stop and it was making a whining noise as well. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The car is still jumping, and it is still making the same noise.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Nissan Quest. I took the car to the service center to have the brakes fixed. I didnt get the car back till the next day, and I had to call to see if it was done. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done because they didnt do it right the first time. I got a receipt back showing what they did to the car. They said they cleaned the brakes and I dont know how you clean brakes. The brakes are still squeaking. The service guys there suck. The staff is great, but the quility of service sucks. Overall my experience was neutral because the quality of service wasnt good.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Focus. My salesperson was Bob. The customer service I received was very well. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 8 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Regal. I brought it in for a wheel berring. It was there for the day and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was alright and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I bought my car from Ranaldo, and he was awesome. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was in great condition when I got it, but I had to take it to the service center because the e-brake wouldnt go off. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I had my vehicle in for service because I could smell oil burning, and I also had some issues with the back window on the driver side of the vehicle also. I was in and out for service quickly, and the folks at the shop were fine. My vehicle was still under warrenty and I got all the needed paperwork after the service was complete. Today the car is doing fine, and i consider my experience with JD Byrider as a whole to be positive, although I am dissapointed with the CNNA department.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the tire looked at because it was shaking and it took 3 hours to get it back. It was under warranty and did not get a receipt. The staff did a good job with me. The vehicle is cutting off on me sometimes now.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Escort. Overall, my experience was positive. i brought the car in because the belts busted. It was quickly serviced in a couple days, and I did not pay anything because it`s under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was excellent. Currently, the radio is going out. They made an djustment and it`s not working as well as it did before. Also, my car rumbles when I reach a certain speed.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CADILLAC DeVille. I had my car into the shop to deal with some issues I am having, including shaking and issues with the car dieng at stop lights. The service has not been fast, and it has taken the shop over a month to try and get the vehicle serviced, and they have yet to properly finish the job. My vehicle is under warrenty, but I have yet to recieve any paperwork for the work that is done on my vehicle. The staff has been fairly helpful, but there has been one staff member who always seems to have a story and an exscuse for the issues going on with my vehicle. There are still issues going on with the vehicle, and they are the same issues I have been trying to get the shop to resolve for over a monnth. All in all, I would rate my experience as neutral with JD Byrider, and I wish I could be rid of the vehicle at this point.
