 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. I brought it in because it was making noise. They just said I needed an oil change, and they put new shocks in the front. It was there overnight and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but it is still making the noise, and I am going back in tomorrow. The staff was alright but the experience was negative because ever since I got the car they had a turn over in staff, and whenever I try to bring the car in, they have staff problems and it does`nt work out. I also didn`t realize when I bought it that whoever had the car before me had a dog, and my kids are allergic to dog hair. I had the car cleaned twice and its still not completely free of the hair. This should have been taken care of before I bought the car, and I went in with it before to have it cleaned there, and they didn`t do it. I feel like the service is crappy.

 | I own a 1999 Nissan Sentra. My experience was positive. Belinda was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

 | I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Tony was the name of the salesperson who worked with me and he did an excellent job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I purchased it and I have not had a single issue with it since I purchased it. I was approved the first day I came in. Overall my experience was positive.

Overall my experience was neutral, because there have been multiple problems with the car and it is an inconvenience to have to keep taking it in. We brought the vehicle in for a battery, and they had it for a few hours. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me pretty well, and currently the vehicle is back in the service center for the starter. Everytime that something goes wrong I have to take off work, or find a ride in order to take it in. It is just an inconvenience for me.

 | I own a 2005 Dodge Ram. My overall experience was positive. My truck was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. However, the check engine light is on now. The staff overall was great. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle protected for the winter. My vehicle was clicking too, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 30 minutes. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My vehicle vibrates a lot when I hit a pot hole, and the staff did a good job as far as I can tell.

 | I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. Tre was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was good also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because it was covered by warranty, and I was given a receipt. THe customer service was fine and there are no current problems with my vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. The vehicle was recently brought in for brake, and wheel hub service, it took a couple of hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

Jeremy was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purcahsed was ok when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has needs a new heater now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience neutral because they sold me a vehicle without a heater.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was a sweet heart. My sales person short, wore glass, and sits in the second office. My vehicle was clean when I bought it, but now my check engine light is on. I took my vehicle to the service department, so they can fix it. The staff said he had to call check and see if the manufacture warranty is still valid, and see if it would cover the part. Every one at the dealership is nice, and I do not have any complaints.

 | I own a 2000 Hyundai Elantra. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Ron, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was fine, but there are some minor repairs that need to be done. My steering wheel is vibrating, and my dash board is missing a screw. The cosole that sits in the middle of the front seats needs to be replaced. Hopefull some of my parts are in, because my head lights looking milky at the present. My sales person did a terrific job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 KIA SEDONA. I had to bring my vehicle in because it was cutting off on me and I got it back in forty five minutes. It was under warranty and I have never, ever gotten a receipt for a service from the store. I have not had any other issues with the vehicle recently. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for alignment and tires, and they had it for a couple of hours. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me excellent, and currently my vehicle needs a tune up.
