 | I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for ball joints. It was in the shop for a couple days. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff were great. There are no problems with my car at the moment.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville. I took the car to the service center because there was a knock in the front right tire. They were good about getting the car back to me that same day. I didn`t have to pay for anything that was done, but I got paper work back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The staff treated me very nice. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I worked with an african american fellow on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did an excellent job helping. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, but I am having some leakage issues. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It took about 20 minutes. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were good. There are no problems with my car at this time.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I received it and I don`t have any problems with the vehicle. It took about 1 1/2 hours to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get new hubs and new brakes put on. They had my car back to me that same day and while I was there the staff members treated me good. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me. Overall my experience was postive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get the lock fixed and get a new handle put on. They had my car in the shop for about five hours and the staff members did a fine job for me. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it showing the work that they did. Today my car is running ok for me.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. My last reason for service was tune up, intake valve, and water pump, and it was there for some days for the vehicle to be completed. I did receive paperwork for the vehicle`s service, and I didnt have to pay because it was under warranty. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now knock on wood. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and Justin was an over acheiver. I give Justin a score higher than a perfect 10. My vehicle was both good condition, and clean when I bought it.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. I took the vehicle in because it was whinning. They had replaced the power steering motor but it was still making the noise so I took it back. It was done the same day. It was covered under warranty and they provided me with a receipt for the work that was done. I don`t have any problems with the vehicle right now. I am watching and listening to the power steering pump to make sure it doesn`t go out. The customer service that I received was ok. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. I was at the dealership for two to three hours to be approved for the vehicle, and I`ve noticed that the engine light has appeared on the vehicle. The vehicle that I had purhcased was in good condition when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me was Shaun I think. The staff was very good to me, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 GMC Jimmy. The new vehicle that I recently purchased was in good condition when I received it, and the salesperson that helepd me select it was Shaun. The vehicle has no problems with it right now that i know of, and I was approved for the vehicle in about two to three hours. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.
